"UNPROFESSIONAL POLICE OFFICERS" or "COPS SUCK!"
Well, I've taken a bit of time off but I'll try and show up for work more often. I was holding out for a raise, but these CHEAPSKATES I work for aren't budging. Oh, well. Let's see, what shall we talk about, today?
We've been reading and hearing about all of these different police agencies that are causing more death and general mayhem to innocent people instead of protecting and serving us like they should be doing. Youtube.com has several videos regarding this subject and after viewing some of them, I was shocked, to say the least. The police seem to be out of control!
Reports of beatings, taser deaths, shootings of unarmed suspects, etc. The list goes on and on. Before I continue, let me say that my old man was a cop. A detective. I'm ex-police, myself. I have nothing against cops who are honest and professional and who perform their duties in a lawful manner. They swore an oath to do that. No, I'm against the corrupt cops who are dishonest, abuse their police powers and fail to live up to the oaths they took when they became police officers. That means to protect and defend the Constitution of The Republic Of The Continental United States. To PROTECT and to SERVE. (It even says that on their police cruisers).
THIS SHIT HAS GOT TO STOP! RIGHT NOW!
We, the people will no longer tolerate this kind of illegal behavior by rogue elements of the police agencies who commit these crimes against us. This is illegal and criminal behavior. Just because you might be wearing a police uniform, carrying a badge and a gun DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO VIOLATE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS! You are ACTING UNDER COLOR OF LAW! We can debate about causes all day long. There are many different reasons why this illegal police activity is happening on such a large scale. In my opinion one of the major reasons why this is escalating is because it is overlooked and even condoned by the police brass who fail to supervise their men women officers and the district attorneys who fail to enforce the law.
The training police recruits receive is another major cause of this problem. The police academy trainees are taught that there are only two types of people - the COPS and the CREEPS. This sets up an "US against THEM" mentality and puts police officers on the defensive. They are also shamefully lacking in other areas of training. Defensive tactics, for instance. Why do the police feel the need to empty their weapons into the body of a person who may only be armed with a big mouth or their fists? SUBDUE THE FUCKER! You don't have TO KILL HIM!
All of this "SWAT TEAM" bullshit is just that - bullshit! Why don't they send these mental midgets with the big weapons over to Iraq to give our troops a hand, instead of blowing up some poor shmuck's house because he had a little too much to drink and his wife called the cops on him?
You've heard about these so-called "Campus Cops" who tasered a student because he didn't want to show them his ID Card! He doesn't have to show you anything, ASSHOLES! This is the other MAJOR PART OF THE PROBLEM. One of these Foreign Corporate Agencies, THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION started inviting various police agencies from every state to participate in "FEDERAL POLICE TRAINING" at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia. This violates the "No National Police Force" rule of law. They've been chipping away at our civil rights ever since.
Most of these "Laws" they use to harrass us with are not laws at all. They are "COLORABLE" laws, not valid laws. They use equity, statutory, admiralty and maritime contract law to ILLEGALLY charge people with criminal acts and then try to COMPEL us TO PERFORM in CONTRACTS that we are not parties to; even going so far as imposing CRIMINAL PENALTIES AGAINST US after they've HOODWINKED US UNTO BELIEVING WE'VE COMMITTED A CRIME!
The only way a person can be charged with a crime in this Republic is if they've committed an act of physical violence against a person or damaged/destroyed another person's property! THERE HAS TO BE A VICTIM! The VICTIM HAS TO FILE A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT! The cops can't do it. The DA can't do it unless there was an indictmernt issued by a GRAND JURY for a crime committed against a PERSON or their PROPERTY!
We have to stop BEING AFRAID of the police or allowing ourselves to be INTIMIDATED BY THEM! If they VIOLATE YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS IN ANY MANNER - FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THEM FOR ACTING UNDER COLOR OF LAW! YOU CAN ALSO SUE THEM PERSONALLY IN CIVIL COURT. MAKE THEM PAY FOR THEIR CRIMES!
We should all start to carry around our own surveillance cameras. START FILMING THEM! They think they can have us under video and satellite surveillance, huh? WE'RE GOING TO START SURVEILLING YOU!
There's more of us than there are of them. Most of them are so dumb they don't even realize they won't be cops forever and that their own civil rights and those of their families will have been violated because of their OWN ACTIONS! DUMB, MAN, DUMB!

By the way, last month a friend of mine and his wife who are both SENIORS OVER SIXTY-FIVE, were accosted by these COLORABLE FEDERAL POLICE at FORT ORD, CALIFORNIA. The car they were driving did not have a current REGISTRATION STICKER ON THE LICENSE PLATE! The gentleman was a DISABLED NAVY VETERAN who relies on a cane to walk. Since he is a DISABLED VETERAN, he is EXEMPT from having to pay CALIFORNIA REGISTRATION AND LICENSE FEES. The CALIFORNIA STATE DEPT OF MOTOR VEHICLES HAD FAILED TO SEND THE CURRENT REGISTRATION STICKER WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, and that is why it wasn't on the veteran's license plate. A SIMPLE OVERSIGHT! At best, anyone else would have been given a "Fix-it ticket" and ten days to have the oversight corrected. Not this time.
The DISABLED VETERAN AND HIS WIFE, WHO ARE BOTH SENIORS IN THEIR SIXTIES, WITH A HANDICAPPED LICENSE PLATE were stopped on the road, questioned, intimidated, threatened and then - they were given a $200 DOLLAR TICKET, had the shit scared out of them when the THREE BULLYING, COWARDLY COPS asked them if they had "ANY GUNS", SEARCHED THEIR CAR AND THEN CONFISCATED THEIR CAR AND HAD THEIR CAR TOWED AWAY! They left the ELDERLY COUPLE STRANDED ON THE ROAD WITHOUT ANY TRANSPORTATION OR MEANS TO GET SAFELY HOME! A DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN, HANDICAPPED AND USING A CANE, ALONG WITH HIS ELDERLY WIFE HAD THEIR CAR UNLAWFULLY CONFISCATED WITHOUT DUE PROCESSW (A VIOLATION OF THE 5th AMENDEMENT which prohibits the confiscation of property without DUE PROCESS OF LAW). It cost the elderly veteran another $140.00 to redeem his car. It would have been more, but the tow truck driver realized the COPS HAD GONE TOO FAR and let the veteran slide for another $150.00 in various towing-related fees. Can you believe this shit? This is what happens AFTER YOU SERVE YOUR COUNTRY! You're treated LIKE A CRIMINAL! Our active-duty military personnel shoud TAKE NOTICE of what they're in store for when they come home after serving in places like IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN or CUBA!
This shithole is officially known as the (Federal) Presidio of Monterey Annex. It is the former U. S. ARMY FORT ORD, the same military reservation where, just a few years before, a thirteen year old girl was kidnapped while walking her dog, then raped and brutally murdered and her body left in a remote part of this reservation. THE COPS NEVER CAUGHT THE MURDERER!
