Howdy, folks. Old brother, Dick was just a wee bit agitated yesterday, so I've volunteered to write today's RANT and let him have the night off. I told him to treat himself to a BLOGJOB. That's always a good stress reliever.
You can't blame him, though. Hearing about all of the incidents of police brutality out there would make even a Saint angry, don't you think? Especially when there was not even a hint of a crime being committed by the unlucky victims. As my brother said, yesterday, "This shit's gotta stop!"
Now, all of you police officers out there, LISTEN UP! 1. You work for us, not them. 2. You're here to protect us, not to harrass us. 3. You have taken an OATH OF OFFICE to PROTECT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION. Live up to it and stop violating law-abiding people's rights! 4. Stop your illegal practice of enforcing equity laws for contracts that we are not knowing, willing or intentional parties to. You are COMMITTING A CRIMINAL ACT EACH AND EVERY TIME YOU ENGAGE IN THIS ACTIVITY!
How many of you have ever read the Constitution or even know what constitutes a CRIMINAL ACT? Do you think failing to wear a seat belt is a CRIMINAL ACT? If you do, then YOU ARE WRONG! It's not a criminal act unless there is a victim or there is damage to property.
This is just another example of the COLORABLE EQUITY LAWS the police and government agencies are trying to CON us into believing they are criminal acts. If I hurt someone or their property, I have committed A CRIMINAL ACT against that person. I can be arrested, charged with a crime and bound over for trial. If there is no victim, there is NO CRIME! Got it yet, Mr. Big Bruiser Policeman?
This type of CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR BY THE POLICE shows the rest of us just what COWARDS and CRIMINALS you are. You may think you get away with it, but you don't. We're watching you and we will continue to watch you. If we CATCH YOU, then we are now THE POLICE! I will CITIZEN'S ARREST YOU and charge you with the crime of ACTING UNDER COLOR OF LAW TO DENY ME MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. I will also FILE A CIVIL SUIT AGAINST YOU AND ASK FOR PUNITIVE DAMAGES!

To the brave, professional Police Officers out there who DO NOT violate our rights - I SALUTE YOU! You are few and far between and I'm afraid to say it but EVERY COP OUT THERE has ILLEGALLY tried to ENFORCE COLORABLE EQUITY LAWS against us. If you've ever given anyone a TICKET or CITATION - THEN YOU HAVE VIOLATED THAT PERSON'S RIGHTS!

We cannot be compelled to perform the terms of any contract that we have not entered into, KNOWINGLY, WILLINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY. We cannot be ARRESTED or CHARGED with a CRIME or ANY CRIMINAL ACT unless there is an INFORMED (SWORN) COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST US BY ANOTHER PERSON or UNLESS WE HAVE BEEN INDICTED BY A GRAND JURY!
